Check material, finishing, timeline and QC before quoting
These details help buyers judge whether Beijia fits the project and reduce back-and-forth before quotation.
Art paper, PP, PET, synthetic paper and clear film, selected by scanning environment and surface.
Variable data generation, printing, die-cutting, lamination, scan sampling and batch records.
Size is confirmed by code type, scan distance, label area and application position.
Matte/gloss or abrasion-resistant lamination can be used while protecting scan readability.
Reviewed by data volume, size, material and inspection needs; test batches can confirm rules first.
Small anonymized sample data can verify scanning, duplicates and layout.
Lead time is quoted after data format, code type, material and QC rules are confirmed.
Excel/CSV data, anonymized sample, code rules, label artwork and scanning rules.
Packing can mark batch, roll number, carton number, data range or buyer tracing rules.
Scan sampling, duplicate checks, wrong-code checks, position tolerance and readability checks.

Prepare before RFQ
Before quotation
The more complete the files are, the more accurate the quotation will be. If artwork is not final, reference images, old sample photos or ZIP files are still useful.
Specify QR, barcode or serial type, total quantity and whether every label is unique.
Provide an anonymized Excel/CSV sample with fields, length and generation rules.
Explain phone scan, warehouse scanner, scan distance and application surface.
Provide label layout, code area size, static text, color and material requirements.
JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, PDF or ZIP are supported. Max 20MB each, up to 5 files.
Procurement FAQ
Common buying questions
Key questions around sampling, MOQ, files, material and export packing are answered before buyers send an RFQ.
Do we need to send the full variable dataset?
For quotation and rule confirmation, an anonymized sample is preferred. Full data can be shared later through the agreed process.
Do you support custom production?
Yes. Share size, material, quantity, application and artwork status first, and we will review material, finishing, sampling and production feasibility.
What files should we provide?
Please provide dimensions or drawings, print-ready artwork, reference images or old sample photos, material requirements, quantity and application. RFQ uploads support JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, PDF or ZIP, max 20MB each, up to 5 files.
Can we make samples before mass production?
Yes. Artwork, material, finishing and key parameters are confirmed before sampling, so the sample can verify color, material, structure or scanning result.
How soon can you quote?
Complete information helps us quote faster. If artwork, size, material or quantity is missing, we will list the missing details before preparing an accurate quotation.
Do you support small batches?
We can review it. Small-batch feasibility depends on material, finishing, die-cutting, tooling and setup cost. Multi-SKU projects are best reviewed together.
Can you support export packing?
Yes. Inner bags, roll direction, cartons, shipping marks and moisture protection can be confirmed by project, with packing details checked before shipment.
How do we confirm material and finishing?
If material is not fixed, share the environment, application surface, load or display requirement, sample photos and target budget range. We will suggest quotable material and finishing options.
Ready for quotation discussion?
Send size, material, quantity, application and artwork status. We will check quotable parameters before moving to samples or mass-production pricing.
